OUR STORY

Curated By: Deirdre Bennett

This is the 128 Telephone Box Art Gallery in the middle of Kirriemuir, Angus, Scotland. The unused K6 phonebox was adopted in early 2022 by the Kirriemuir Community Council so that it could be turned into something the town could celebrate. It was in a bit of a poor state and needed a lot TLC. You can follow the restoration process and up-and-coming events and exhibitions here and updates on the blog page.

Established by Creative Scotland, these partnerships give support at a local level and work with local panels to offer funds to support practitioners at all stages of their career who have demonstrated a commitment to their work and in developing their practice through new work, new skills or new opportunities.
